Nowwhen Privacy Policy

Nowwhen is a local app with no account, developer server, or analytics SDK. Reminders and logs stay on your device. The developer does not receive or read them.

1. We do not run a server

There is no sign-up, cloud database, ads, tracking, or remote analytics. Core features work without the internet. If you change devices or delete the app, the developer cannot restore your records.

2. Information processed only on this device

Nowwhen does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or tracking (ATT).

3. Optional system features

Notifications: remind you of repeating tasks. You can still use the in-app calendar if you decline.
Photo picker: only the cover image you pick is saved on the device.
Apple Calendar: Nowwhen remains the source of truth. Only spaces you turn on write event times to a dedicated calendar.
Apple Intelligence: on-device model or on-device rules. Sentences are not sent to a developer server.

4. Purpose

The developer does not collect personal data. On-device information is used only for reminders, notifications, completion logs, and optional Apple Calendar display.

5. Deletion

Use Delete all local data in Settings, or delete the app. There is no account, so there is no account-deletion flow.

6. Sharing

Reminders are not sent to a cloud database. Notifications, Calendar, on-device models, and device backups are Apple operating-system features.

7. Health notice

Nowwhen is a reminder tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions.
